Custom Orders: Non-refundable

1. Custom Made Garments

All custom-made jackets created using our Design Lab are made specifically for you. Because of their personalized nature, these items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Production & Delivery

Custom jackets with embroidery or patches require approximately 3–4 weeks for production. Plain (non-decorated) jackets require approximately 2 weeks.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days worldwide, depending on your location. We ship globally using trusted carriers such as DHL and FedEx.

Please note: Delays may occur due to material availability or high demand, but we always strive to meet our timelines.

3. Pricing & Shipping

Product prices vary depending on materials, sizes, and customization (embroidery, patches, etc.). All applicable discounts or promotions are already included in the final price.

Shipping rates may vary depending on your country and will be calculated at checkout. Estimated shipping rates:

  • United States & Canada: $25
  • Japan: $40
  • Rest of the World: $35

4. Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)

Only plain (non-decorated) jackets are eligible for return.

  • Return request must be made within 10 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • A restocking fee (15%–25% or $35 minimum) will apply

A return authorization is required before sending any item back.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will review your case and offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for plain, in-stock items.

  • You must contact us with your order number
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • New item will be processed after return approval

7. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Custom or personalized jackets
  • Worn, used, or altered items
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

8. Order Cancellation or Changes

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

9. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order details. A return authorization number will be provided if your request is approved.
