We suggest that you place an order after you are 100% sure about your measurements. We want to make the jacket look nice and as per the order details we receive. We do not offer exchange / refund on custom (plain and decorated jackets). Every single one of our jackets is made with high quality products like Top Grain Cowhide Leather and organic sheep wool. However, each product is made based on the measurements and decoration details you provide using jacket builder. Even if there is no embroidery on your jacket, it is still considered custom-made because it is made based on your colour choices and sizes. However, if the mistake is on our part, we will happily make it right.
If you have ordered a wrong jacket or do not want your jacket anymore. Kindly inform us within 24 hours of placing your order. Custom jackets are cut and sew and we believe every purchase is well planned. Once we start production of your order, you cannot cancel your order. No refund will be made upon change of mind or whatsoever. We need clear notice to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.
We ship using Fedex and other services and provide a tracking code. It is your responsibly to receive the jacket. You can arrange a delivery / pickup time with the currier. If you do not receive a jacket, currier company will wait for 30 days and then will return to their warehouse. Every country has their own import duty and taxes. We send single jackets as sample so normally they do not charge any taxes. However if they charge any duty you’ll have to pay those taxes. Provide a direct address where Fedex can deliver your custom jacket and get your signatures. We do not ship to military addresses, Israel and Russia.
Each time you add something on your jacket it increase product price, because every single embroidery / patch is going to be made for you. If you do not save your decoration, cost of patches / embroideries will not be added in the total. Sometimes customers do not save embroidery designs and they head to checkout. We will not receive payment and decoration details; so do not expect that on your jacket. If you plan to add an embroidery or patch after completion of your jacket, you’ll be charged $30 per location.
In case you are not sure about our size, then head over to our measurement guide which contains a detailed size chart with specifications. If the provided measurements are not fit for you, we suggest that you provide custom measurements with the help of our illustration on our Size Chart page for the correct measurements. If you order a wrong size there is no refund or exchange. You are responsible for the size you order. You cannot make jacket size changes after 24 hours of placing your order. We consider every order as final when it is placed and start work on the jacket to meet the delivery time.
Digital colors are always different than the physical material, please check materials and colors guide. We are continuously increasing our colors range. If you have a specific shade or you have seen a shade in local store, let us know before you purchase. We are honest about what we have and what we can do. We suggest that you ask us for swatch to be sure of the colour and material quality of a product because the material and colours vary between vendors. The leather for a particular leather jacket may be slightly different from the ones shown on our website.Colors of a product may vary slightly from the one shown on our website due to screen model, brightness, resolution and other such factors. If you want a particular shade of a color, we suggest that you share it with us or ask us for a sample. Material / color swatches can be send for $20.
